Is that your courage calling you?

When your coach mirrors that thing back to you, that feels so freaking stretchy and scary AF... AND at the same time (almost secretly) lights your heart up like a beaming force of f*** yes sunshine!

That was me on my 1-on-1 call with my coach Sora Schilling earlier this week. And no matter how many times I've experienced this, it doesn't feel any less stretchy or more comfortable.

Yet I know so very well it's that inkling, that's dancing with your courage and is asking you to follow it, where the gold is.

Do you recognise yours?

Maybe it's your gut, your intuition, a level of expansion in your body, a tingling, maybe a voice inside that goes uh huh, a yummyiness in your tummy, or your sense making that goes 'but ofcourse'!

THAT'S when you know.

You know having true confidence or clarity isn't about the knowing what you can expect or how things are going to go. That you can predict and control exactly what series of events are going to occur or the outcome. Or seeming like you have have an answer for everything instantly.
