I’m Marlous Teh, Internationally Certified Leadership, Mindset and Energy Coach, speaker and trainer for emerging life coaches who want to embody their unique gifts and coaching confidence so they can build a soul aligned business with joy, purpose and impact.
As an ambitious career woman (with a decade's experience in marketing, business development and corporate fundraising) turned coach and life coach trainer, I’ve come to witness the increasing need for so many of us to find meaningful ways to create our own version of success.
A way where those of us who are the heart centred helpers of the world can create connection, inclusivity and belonging, while rejecting hustle culture and contributing to a collectively more loving and united world.
This for me, and I now know so many others, is the new way of life coaching and business leadership that allows us to lead with authenticity, sustainability and integrity. It is redefining the landscape of coaching and business leadership - as well as success - while embracing our unique aspects of being. The foundation of my work is grounded in ethical, inclusive, trauma-informed and heart-centred coaching principles and blends the methods of intuitive, energy and ontological coaching.
